Where we ship to:
Fret-n-Rest ships orders to addresses only (no P.O. Boxes) within the USA and Canada via Federal Express ground service.
If you are outside of our shipping area, take a minute to visit the ‘Store Locator’ page. As new international dealers and distributors are added, we will update the store locator tables.
Shipping and Handling Fees:
Our standard ground rate shipping fees are based upon the weight of your order according to the rate chart below:

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada is expensive for a single product, so talk to your local shop about stocking our product.
We will be adding dealers as we grow, so please visit the ‘Store Locator’ page to see if there is a dealer in your area. You may be able to save money on your purchase and help support local businesses in your community.
Delivery Time:
Orders will ship from Fret-n-Rest within 1 to 2 business days (provided the items are in stock.) Delivery time for standard ground service is generally 3 - 7 days depending upon your location.
Sales Tax:
We charge 8.25% sales tax to Texas residents only.
Returns:
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase from Fret-n-Rest.
Therefore, if you decide to return an item within 10 days of the original ship date, please e-mail us at returns@fretnrest.com with a detailed reason for your return, and we will e-mail you back a return authorization number. This RMA number must be written on the outside of your return box in order for us to accept your return.
Refund Policy:
- We do not refund shipping charges.
- We will issue a refund using the original form of payment once the item has been received back at the warehouse.
Procedure for mailing back returns after receiving your RMA number:
- Write the RMA# (return authorization number) clearly on the outside of the shipping box. (You must request this number from us via e-mail at returns@fretnrest.com)
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any lost or damaged returns. Therefore, we recommend that you use a reputable shipping carrier who offers tracking information and insurance on lost or damaged items.
- Please mail your return package along with a copy of your invoice, and your name and daytime phone number to the following address:

Damages & Shortages or Defective Products:
Please inspect your order immediately when it arrives. Please e-mail us at returns@fretnrest.com within 2 days of receipt of your order if any items are damaged, missing or defective in your shipment. Be sure to include your name, contact information, order number and the number of items damaged. We will advise you by e-mail how to return the damaged merchandise. Please do not open or use any products damaged from shipping. We will need you to return the merchandise in the same condition that you received it to file an insurance claim with our shipping carrier.
